Basic usage:It is suitable for labeling on the circumferential surface of a circular bottle products, can be applied with a single label and double labels, and the front and back double-label space can be flexibly adjusted, such as a bottle, a food circular tank and so on, widely applied to the fields of cosmetics, food, medicine, disinfection water and so on. The circumferential positioning detection device is optional, and the position labeling can be realized at the specified position on the circumferential surface.

Optional ribbon encoder and inkjet printer can print production date and batch number information on label, and realize the integration of label and spray code.

Scope of application:Self-adhesive label, self-adhesive film, electronic regulatory code, bar code, etc.

Working process: After the product onto the conveying belt and enters a bottle separating mechanism; after separating the products, the sensor detects the passing of the product, returns the signal to the labeling control system,corresponding motor to send out the label in the proper position where should be labeled of the product, The attachment action of one label is completed.

Operate process:Product onto the conveying belt(join-able assembly link)—>product delivery—>Product spacing separate—>Product testing —>Product orientation—>Labeling and covering label—>Collect labeled products.
